International Recruitment
The personal and professional development of our brilliant staff members is our primary objective. We achieve this by providing them opportunities to increase their responsibilities and contribute to the company’s innovative and new ways of providing quality services.
All our new staff members undergo an induction program based on All England’s Induction Framework for Health and Social Care and its accompanying resources. New and inexperienced staff members “shadow” a more experienced staff member for a period until they are considered safe and competent to work on their own.
We work with an independent training provider who liaises with our coordinator to ensure our staff is competent in their relevant and mandatory subjects such as manual handling, etc.
The coordinator identifies and meets any special learning needs arising from service users’ personal plans – for instance, if the client has dementia or if the care staff is to carry out delegated healthcare tasks such as administering of medication or catheter care, and will provide or refer those staff to receive appropriate training. The effectiveness of this approach is evident in the individual training records and the number of certificates gained by our staff.
